Maintain an editorial calendar for consistent content delivery.
· Audience Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand our target audience’s needs, pain points, and preferences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain consumer insights, comprehend product features, value proposition, and market trends.

· Content Management: Create and maintain content themes, a calendar, and a narrative to ensure the availability of customer-facing content that aligns with brand and business KPIs within target segments.
· Sales Arsenal: Identify gaps in the sales arsenal for key focus products & segments and develop appropriate content pieces, including brand and technical videos, application and product overview videos, sales decks, and sales literature to name a few.
· Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, emerging technologies, and content marketing best practices. Incorporate these insights into the overall content strategy.
· Content Distribution: Develop a comprehensive distribution plan to effectively share content across various channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, newsletters, blogs and other online and offline channels.
· Content Optimization: Continuously update and optimize existing content to ensure its accuracy and relevance over time to drive organic search ranking.
· Innovate: Keeping the brand at the core, think beyond the conventional content formats, calendars and themes to bring the brand’s narrative to life and drive brand love amongst the target stakeholders.
